Anglo American has introduced flexible working hours with the requirement to work 90 hours a fortnight, so I currently work a 9-day fortnight with every second Monday off.

I spend most of my time coordinating and resolving façade interfacing details – this is a special project with 3 different contractors each doing specialist trades.

Yiming Ma studied Mechanical Engineering at UWA and Master of Finance and Banking at Edith Cowan. She is now a Graduate Engineer at Austal Australia.
