      Ramsay Health Care are inviting graduates who are interested in joining our Allied Health Ramsay GradPlus programme to submit an application for positions with intakes throughout 2021.

      Programs are offered in a wide range of Allied Health disciplines in a variety of specialty areas.

      What is a GradPlus Program?

      The Ramsay Gradplus program provides graduates with the best first year development program and the chance for a rewarding and long-term career with Australia's most progressive and successful healthcare company. We provide support and guidance throughout the program with dedicated preceptors, educators, clinical nurse specialists, managers and a Gradplus Coordinator at every facility.

      Our program provides ongoing education throughout the 12 months including our growth series study days, continued formal and informal feedback along with competency-based assessments within a supportive environment. All these measures will ensure that at the completion of the program our graduates have the confidence of knowing their clinical and professional skills are not only meeting but exceeding industry standards.

      We have 72 hospitals nationally across coastal and metropolitan areas, all offering a variety of clinical settings to suit individual needs.

      Who can be a GradPlus Graduate?

      All our GradPlus Graduates should display a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. They need to have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, graduates must display effective interpersonal skills and be able to build a rapport with a diverse range of people.

      Graduates if successful in obtaining a program will be required to provide;

      • Evidence of current registration with the relevant Health Industry Board.
      • Be able to undertake 12 months full-time or part-time employment
      • Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility for own practice
      • Knowledge of legislative requirements of relevant professional practice
      • Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development
      • Be willing to embrace the values of The Ramsay Way

      Graduate Success Stories

      • Graduate stories
      It is so rewarding to be able to translate for the patients the things they haven’t understood either from their doctors or a long-standing misinterpretation of their medications’ requirements, often burdening daily life.
