The culture is awesome. Everyone is supportive, friendly and wants to do the best they can be.

The company places a huge importance on shared values. These values include innovation, accountability, care, and teamwork. So most people who work here already encompass these values and are quite lovely. Although being self-sufficient and working independently is good here, the company promotes open communication and collaboration. In terms of work-life balance, the company encourages workers to maintain a healthy personal and work-life balance. In terms of structure, it is hierarchical, with a clear chain of command. Leaders often support and empower employees here. The company is very diverse and inclusive, and it's quite nice to be able to socialize with others from different walks of life. I would say socialising is embedded in the culture at RACV, in a good way. It's not always about the work, it's about the people.

RACV has a fantastic culture. Most people are very accommodating and helpful, from, the leadership team to graduate level, I consider some of my co-workers genuine friends and there are after hours catch-ups occasionally as well

The culture in the office is nice and most people are really friendly and keen for a chat. Teamwork between in direct teams and in divisions is really strong and there is great collaboration. However, I find cross-team collaboration between different divisions could be better, and there is low social interaction with other teams in different divisions. Being a part of the graduate cohort, we are a close group of people as we are all around the same age and have built good connections with each other. I find it very hierarchical, and it takes a long time to get the ball rolling on things and have anything approved. Everyone wants to have an opinion which makes everything take longer.

RACV has a very welcoming culture that has a horizontal hierarchy. It is easy to have a conversation with manager levels from other departments and everyone is there for you.

RACV's culture is well balanced. Hierarchy is built on leadership and people skills, rather than simply performance. Managers are respectful, patient, positive and energetic.

Smaller team structures are very supportive and caring, fostering a lot of cooperation on work and socialising within the team.

The company culture is fantastic. Everyone is very welcoming of us grads and always happy to offer support if needed. In the office it is a good workplace with no shut out offices, every worker uses hotdesks. There are always deadlines to fulfil but no toxicity/bullying is used to meet those deadlines. Each team I have been a part collaborates with other teams in the company, allowing me to reconnect with colleagues and mentors from previous rotations and work with them on equal footing rather than reporting to them.

The culture at RACV is really good; whether it's in the office, working from home or after work. My team has regular check-ins each week for us to talk about what we're working on, as well as note when we have capacity and are able to help with any tasks. We also go for coffee catch-ups whenever we're in the office, and have quarterly after-work activities. I'm extremely grateful to work with such amazing, friendly and caring people.

I feel lucky to be in a team and department that respects your after work hours, as well as your in-office hours, being able to flexibly use your time, without having to account for yourself at every minute. Hierarchy and structure exists however we are always encouraged to feel comfortable to talk to whoever we need to. Lots of social activities and socializing amongst colleagues, I've able to have great relationships with people around the business so far.
