Meet up with friends for drinks after work and team is always willing to help me out

Depends on the team; some teams are strict 9-5, while others have more of a grindy start-up culture

A very flexible and chill office culture. After hours may be good if you find the right crowd and it is generally easy to do if you are a grad.
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Nov 2023
Everyone is approachable, inviting and willing to help.

Fairly flat structure. Everyone is valued.

The company is very dedicated to everyone's development which has fostered a very caring and inviting environment

Culture is very friendly within the office, lots of team building events and activities happen regularly. Open plan workspace combined with good values means you can easily chat with anyone from a grad level right up to executives. Office contains lots of board games, table tennis and pool for socialising on breaks and after work. After hours socialising can range form joining one of the many sports and gaming teams to drinks and dinner with your coworkers.

WFH seems to have killed off a good amount of this with people coming into the office on alternative days. Otherwise good

Socialising is heavily emphasized and encouraged. There is no overtime or after hour activities required (at least for graduates). The structure/hierarchy is good but not well defined in terms of experience.

Structure and hierarchy: minimal. Everyone kind of sits next to each other and there's little need for passing on communications to higher-level employees, which might be the case at more corporate companies. Regarding socialising, there are a good amount of social events within my team, during and after hours - team lunches, farewell dinners, a few celebrations, etc. Cooperation and teamwork are decent - everyone's nice to work with, only downside with *my* type of work is that is primarily individual development.

There is a variety in backgrounds for the employees creating a diverse and interesting cohort. The culture is flexible to be what you make it but there's always people to befriend. It does well to maintain a small company culture as it grows in size. Just recently they flew all the employees is AU and NZ to Hunter Valley for a celebration which was fun. The company is quite open and the hierarchy is simple, with 4-5 different levels across the organisation and everyone is available to talk to.

Quite good culture, people seem very switched on about their work and generally open-minded and easy to talk to. Most people are quite social and open to continue socializing after hours which I enjoy. Not a lot of office politics and higher-ups like EMs don't feel completely untouchable to me. However, all this is just said about Quantium employees. And it's not perfect at Quantium either, I've encountered and heard of some situations where people really hold on to their superiority and treat some juniors unfairly.

Culture is basically perfect in all aspects other than people not coming in to the office much

Culture is generally great, everyone is friendly and works well together. Work is done during normal office hours, though flexibility to work different hours if required. Teamwork and socialising are great

Engineering Culture is good, with an emphasis on working within hours. Found plenty of support when needed, and company higher ups feel genuine and cooperative to work with. Good emphasis on learning and development. Notably company has different culture and expectancy of work rate depending on vertical of business.

Teams are very friendly, but hard if not based in the same location as your team. The Melbourne office is overall friendly but could be described as a bit cliquey

Genuinely great culture, and the way support systems are structured with HR are extremely functional. Socializing is commonplace but not in a weird awkward forced way you sometimes get.

mental health is prioritised, as is authenticity and showing up as yourself. everyone is very smart but also generous with their knowledge and time, building up junior staff. work life balance is great.
