Overview

Our goal is to develop our joint business with retailers, creating categories and brand plans that delight shoppers in-store and online, through building collaborative working relationships and deep business understanding. Being part of Sales means you will join a dynamic multi-functional team environment in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry, with real business responsibility for iconic consumer brands. We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with others.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans
  • Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
  • Translate business plans into measurable selling points for the customer
  • Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually effective business plans
  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights
  • Provide input into retailer category strategy

Your Team

This role reports to P&G’s ANZ Sales Director.

Sales graduate roles are available in Sydney and Melbourne.

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Residents
  • Currently completing final year of a Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate
  • Must have an Australian’s Drivers License
  • Have a minimum 70 Weighted Average Mark (WAM)
  • Strong leadership experience, i.e. leadership positions in clubs, team, societies etc.
  • Well-rounded life experience i.e. involved in & contributes to the community
  • A collaborative team player with a real passion for winning
  • Possess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their work
