It is improving but still a long way to go. I feel we tend to focus our attention in the wrong areas. We should be looking more locally around our customers instead of looking globally

Since 2012 has been improving significantly. Orica is a corporate partner with Engineers Without Borders and have brought down out of date inspections at manufacturing sites significantly to improve safety and reduce emissions.

Sponsorship of many sustainability initiatives; key value of company. Too early to have worked on something personally

There is an active Graduate Sustainability Committee that is involved in contributing positively to society and the environment.
