Our Nutrien Ag Solutions 2023 Sustainability Graduate Program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader in the agriculture industry. The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on integrity, safety, inclusion, community, performance, and innovation. With a tailored learning approach, you will work closely with our Sustainability Team and Agronomists out on the field and learn all of the ins and outs of working as in the agricultural industry.
Commencing in February 2023, our 24-month program will see you will join a cohort of other ambitious Graduates. You will learn directly from Nutrien Ag Solutions leaders, join a global community of more than 23,000 employees, and travel to various regional locations to see exactly how our products and services work. As a Nutrien Ag Solutions Graduate you will be adding value as a full-time permanent employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

At the conclusion of the 24-month program, our Nutrien Ag Solutions Sustainability Graduate will continue to add value to our company and their relevant team in an ongoing full-time capacity.
To be considered for the 2023 Sustainability Graduate Program, you will graduate in 2022 (or no longer than 3 years ago) with a degree in either Ag, Rural, Animal or Environmental Science. In addition, you will demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, be analytically and technically minded, and have a passion for agriculture.
