We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator or recent graduate to join our growing team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in this newly created role. In this fast paced and varied position, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across all areas of marketing as you support in the development and execution of campaigns and ongoing marketing activities to support the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the ongoing maintenance of our website, including publishing content, monitoring performance and SEO testing (WordPress)
• Preparing brand marketing materials including collateral, website graphics and other digital assets
• Salesforce and EDM database management (training will be provided)
• Managing our library of photography and other brand elements
• Writing, proofreading, and editing copy for various marketing channels
• General marketing and campaign administration tasks
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
• Assisting with event planning, logistics and execution (virtual and in-person)

The practical skills desirable:

• Have started a career in marketing either in an agency or in-house, or have recently graduated with a degree in marketing, digital, communications or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing is strongly preferred (CMS, CRM, social media)
• Detailed-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines across multiple projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to work autonomously, and as a member of a team to deliver competing priorities
• A tendency to think innovatively and explore new possibilities
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic graphic design skills – or at least an eye for good design or what makes a strong image!
