Systems Development interns work with technical leaders to refine technical direction, and then follow through with detailed review, designs, and truly innovative code. They are builders who are experienced in at least one scripting language, are familiar with networking concepts, and familiar with working in a Linux environment. This internship will start from December 2023 to February 2024. You must be available during this period to be eligible. 

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Sydney, NSW, AUS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates will need to be in their penultimate year of their overall Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Programming knowledge with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
  • Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Documentation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with IP networking and troubleshooting.
  • Shell scripting experience with Bash or other common Linux shell
